Allan Ness, President / Partner at Gwenlin Property Solutions
Allan grew up in Billings, subsequently attending Skyview High School. He then went on to MSU Billings, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in education. Allan then taught Elementary Education for 10 years before moving into business. When not working, Allan spends time together with his wife, Sara, and daughter, Scout, outdoors. He especially likes archery hunting and fly fishing.

Nate Ray, Vice President
Nate is the newest member of the GPS team. Raised in Billings, he was a student-athlete at West High. Nate then continued on to Rocky Mountain College. While there, he earned multiple degrees. After college, Nate worked in manufacturing, customer service, sales, and also management roles. Above all, Nate loves his wife, DeLaney. He continues to have a love for sports. In fact, Nate picked up hockey not long ago.
Sue Ness, General Manager
Before coming to Gwenlin, Sue managed hospital gift shops in Montana and Colorado. She was the head custodian for a school district in Yellowstone County as well. Sue likes to spend time with family and friends. She also likes hiking, golf, and travel.
Joel Hardy, Office Manager
Joel grew up in a family-owned business in Montana. Before attending Rocky Mountain College and Montana State University, he went to high school in Hardin. Joel loves to spend time with his wife Gloria as well as their kids and grandkids. Along with family, one of his favorite things is a night watching the Mustangs play.
